The provisional 28 man squad also included: Daniel Lafferty (Burnley), Michael Smith (Peterborough United), Ben Reeves (MK Dons), Liam Boyce (Ross County) and Billy McKay (Wigan Athletic). UEFA requires squads to be officially lodged by the 31st May. Replacements may be called-up in the event of injury or illness right up to Northern Ireland's opening match. As well as the 23 traveling squad members, Joel Cooper (Glenavon) and Paul Smyth (Linfield) have joined the squad for training exercises.
