UEFA Nations League 2020-21

The draw for the second, restructured UEFA Nations League took place on 3rd March 2020 in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Northern Ireland were seeded in pot 4 of League B. The draw placed them in Group 1 alongside Austria, Norway and Romania.

Following the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, some fixtures were rescheduled on 26th June 2020.

Due to the restructure, which saw the Groups in Leagues A-C expanded from three teams to four, NI avoided relegation to League C - which should have been the case after finishing bottom of League B (24th overall) in the 2018/19 Nations League.
