Biography:
Ali McCann received his first senior call-up in October 2020. A defensive central midfielder, he qualified for Northern Ireland through his father. His brother Lewis is also a professional footballer and has won Northern Ireland Youth caps.
McCann enjoyed a superb 2020/21 season with St Johnstone, claiming a Scottish Domestic Cup Double.
Ali's brother Ross is a gifted rugby sevens player, representing Scotland and earning selection for the Team GB squad for the Tokyo Olympics.
