Biography:
The scorer of two goals in Coleraine's 1953 5-0 Irish Cup semi-final win over Glentoran Seconds, Eddie O'Kane also played in the final, a 0-5 reverse at the hands of Linfield.
The following season he claimed a winner's medal in the City Cup. He scored nine times in that City Cup campaign, including one in the deciding win over Ballymena.
