The Johannesburg Rangers record is incorrect. The player who played in South Africa was the scottish Des Anderson who played for Millwall and was later assistant manager at Derby County.

The Northern Ireland Des Anderson played at Matlock Town for three seasons 1968/69 1969/70 and 1970/71, then moved to Banbury United and played in 1971/72, he then became trainer at Banbury United. He spent no time in South Africa
