Biography:
Capped as an Under-21, the closest Norman Kelly got to a full cap was when he was on the bench for a famous 1-1 draw with Germany in 1992.
In December 2008 Kelly returned to Linfield as a member of their scouting staff. From July 2010 to December 2011 he was firstteam coach at Larne before taking on a similar role at Ballymena under Glenn Ferguson. He left the Showgrounds when Ferguson was sacked in March 2016 and was appointed coach at Glenavon just a few weeks later, but left at the end of the season.
