The SRP/St Andrews Stand at the east of the ground houses club's ticket office and shop. It backs on to all-weather playing pitches

The Stacey West Stand (named for fans Bill Stacey and Jim West who died at the Bradford Fire in 1985) undergoing renovations in 2023.

Sincil Bank hosted a 1953 Amateur International between England and Northern Ireland. England won 4-1 in a match battered by gale forced winds and snow.
