Biography:
Neil Lennon was appointed as Celtic manager on 9th June 2010. He had served as interim-manager since Tony Mowbray's sacking in March having served as first-team coach and reserve team manager since his playing career ended in 2008. He won his first trophy as manager when Celtic defeated Motherwell 3-0 in the 2011 Scottish Cup final and the following season led the Bhoys to the SPL title, repeating the feat in 2013.

Danny, there are over 1200 articles on this site, some are finished, some aren't. There are plenty of players with similar cap totals and from a similar era as Neil Lennon with no biography yet - see also Steve Lomas, Jimmy Quinn, Gerry Taggart, Kevin Horlock etc.

This site does not shy away from the sectarianism that has existed and still exists within our country and it is touched on in articles from the earliest days through to Anton Rogan - it is part of our history after all.

The Neil Lennon biography will be completed in due course, mentioning the Norway and Cyprus matches and the Football For All/anti-sectarian movement that gathered pace in the aftermath.
