Notes:
In 1924 the Union of South Africa was still part of the British Commonwealth, hence the term "Republic of South Africa" (RSA) would not apply and their flag would have been the Union Flag or a variation of the Red Ensign. It is also unlikely that they wore a yellow shirt as illustrated.

The "other" matches played in the 1950s would have been under the "Oranje-Blanje-Blou" flag which was replaced in 1994 following the end of the Apartheid system.
