Biography:
A graduate of the Northern Ireland Youth set-up, Elliott Morris played for Northern Ireland at Under-21 and B level. Since returning to Northern Ireland in 2002 he has won every domestic honour available with Glentoran. During the 2008/09 season he passed the 300 appearance mark for the Glens. 2012/13 was designated as Morris' testimonial season and he topped it off by captaining the team to an Irish Cup win.

For the 2019/20 season Morris was appointed as Glentoran's goalkeeping coach, but he continued to play, putting in a notable performance in an Irish Cup semi-final penalty shoout-out win over Cliftonville and in the final win over Ballymena.

Although no longer an automatic choice at the Oval, Morris remained part of the first team squad into his 20th season with more the 700 appearances behind him. He retired as a player in 2022 and remained on the Glens' coaching staff.
