Biography:
Sam McClelland was called into the senior Northern Ireland panel after an impressive season with Chelsea U23s in the 2020/21 season.
He joined St Johnstone on his release by Chelsea in 2023. He joined Dundee United on loan in February 2024, helping them to the SPFL Championship title.
He suffered a ruptured Achilles in August 2024, ruling him out for nearly two years. On his return to fitness he joined Larne.
