Notes:

• This match coincided with Remembrance Day. FIFA rules controversially prohibited the wearing of a Poppy by the players, however they did wear black armbands as a mark of respect while there was a minute's silence, a wreath laying, bucket collection and card display in the Kop Stand. FIFA then launched an investigation into what they deemed "political" displays. Eventually the Irish FA was levied with a 15,000 SFr (£11,770) fine.
