Biography:
An inside-left, Edward Turner had two spells with Cliftonville, playing with Linfield and attending college in between. He was capped for the only time in a 2-0 defeat by England in front of a 12,000 crowd on his home ground of Solitude in 1896.
Turner died while serving in the Great War.
