Biography:
Mark Glendinning was rated among the best left-backs in the Irish League over a near twenty-year period. He made his debut for Bangor against Glenavon in October 1987 and by the end of that season he had been crowned Ulster Young Player of the Year. Through the early-90s he was part of the Seasiders side that enjoyed unprecedented success, qualifying for Europe for the first time in 1991 and winning their first Irish Cup in 1993. His form was rewarded with an Under-21 cap against Romania in 1994 as well as two appearances for the Irish League.

In 1995 Glendinning made a big money move to Glenavon where he enjoyed continued success, particularly in cup competitions.

By the time he joined Glentoran in 2001 many speculated that Glendinning was past it. He rapidly proved any doubters wrong. Although injury caused him to miss out on a League winner's medal in 2003 he did play a vital role in the title run-in. In 2005 he finally got hold of that elusive medal and also claimed the Northern Ireland Football Writers' Player of the Year Award. Over the following few seasons injuries continued to plague Glendinning. By the time of his retirement, Glendinning had scored close to one hundred goals, an impressive tally for a defender.

Biography:
Scottish-born midfielder Bryan Gilfillan qualified to play for Northern Ireland through his Ballymoney-born parents. He began his career at Inverness Caledonian Thistle, but was released after just three substitute appearances and he signed a part-time deal with Third Division Cowdenbeath in 2003. He proved a useful goalscoring midfielder with the Blue Brazil, so earning a move to big-spending Gretna early in the 2004/05 season.

It was his performances as Gretna stormed to the Division Three title that earned Gilfillan a surprise call-up to the Northern Ireland Under-21 squad, and he made his debut in a 2-1 win over Scotland in February 2005. Such was the excitement within Gretna over a first international call-up for one of their players, that millionaire owner Brooks Mileson flew a 28-person party over to the game in Belfast!

Gilfillan lost his place in the Gretna firstteam due to injury and a dip in form and played no part as they stormed to another promotion in 2005/06 season. Instead, he played much of that season in the (higher level) First Division with Stranraer and in the summer of 2006 he joined Peterhead. Throughout this time, when fit, he was a regular Under-21 international.

Since 2006 Gilfillan has led something of a nomadic footballing career, taking in several lower-league Scottish teams as well as a spells playing in Australia.

Biography:
Johnny Gorman spent a year with Man City and six with Man United as a teenager before joining Wolves' academy. Although born in England, his mother was originally from Coleraine. His Irish lineage was originally taken advantage of by the FAI and he played for the Republic of Ireland at Under-16 level before he switched allegiances to Northern Ireland for whom he played at Under-16 and Under-17 level.

Called into the Northern Ireland squad that toured North and South America in 2010 despite having not yet made his firstteam debut for Wolves, and indeed played just half-an-hour of reserve team football, Gorman started both matches of the tour. He had had to take time off from studying for his A Levels to take part and at the age of just 17 years and 212 days he was the seventh youngest Northern Ireland debutant ever. Amazingly, just two months earlier he had played for Repton School in the ISFA Boodles Cup final defeat by Shrewsbury School.

Gorman retained his place in the senior squad for the August friendly against Montenegro having a month earlier starred for the Under-20s as they reached the Milk Cup final. He made his senior competitive debut as a late substitute in a Euro qualifier against Slovenia in September 2010. His continued inclusion in the Northern Ireland squad ahead of more experienced players for the remainder of Nigel Worthington's tenure as manager was questioned by many.

On 24th March 2012 Gorman made his Wolves senior debut, coming off the bench late on in a 2-1 Premier League defeat by Norwich. By the time of his first league appearance he had already been awarded nine full caps.

Gorman joined Plymouth on loan for the first half of the 2012/13 season, though the move was cut short in September as Wolves felt he was not getting sufficient first team experience. Later in the season he played on loan in the Conference National for Macclesfield and Cambridge United. With Wolves relegated from the Championship, Gorman was released in a mass clear-out.

After a successful trial Gorman joined Leyton Orient for the 2013/14 season. He failed to make an impact at Orient and was released after just seven appearances as the club earned promotion to the Championship via the play-offs. He dropped into non-league football, briefly featuring for Southport before helping Barrow to the 2014/15 Conference North title. He remained at that level (renamed National League North), signing for Telford in 2015.

Biography:
A right-back or right-half, Jack Graham was a member of the Bangor team that reached the Irish Cup final, for the first team in their history, in 1938. Against Belfast Celtic, the giants of the local game, Bangor managed a 0-0 draw at Solitude only to succumb 2-0 in the replay. Graham was rewarded for his form that season with two amateur caps as Ireland earned a credible draw with England at Filbert Street, Leicester and a 2-1 win over Scotland in Belfast.

A product of the successful Ulsterville Public Elementary School side, Graham's first taste of the game as a "grown-up" was with Broadway United where he stayed only briefly. He then joined Cliftonville where he earned Junior international honours and was then a reserve for the Ireland Amateur side that travelled to Blackpool 1936. In the summer of 1937 he had the choice of a professional deal with Bangor, but instead he elected to remain an amateur and joined Bangor.
