Biography:
Conor Brennan made his senior football debut as a 15 year-old, in a 1-0 Mid-Ulster Cup semi-final defeat by Glenavon in March 2010. At the time he was also a pupil at St. Colmcille's High School in Crossgar, Northern Ireland Schoolboy's regular number one and a former member of the County Down Milk Cup squad. Early in the following season he joined Leicester City, but he was released after three seasons.
Brennan joined Kilmarnock in 2013, becoming Kenny Shiels' final signing before his sacking. He spent his first season at Rugby Park in the Under-20 squad, appearing on the bench for the firstteam for the first time in February 2014. From the start of the following campaign he was a match-day regular, making his debut in October in a 2-0 win over Dundee United, coming on as a half-time for Craig Samson who had suffered a broken toe.
Having played for Northern Ireland at every age-group level, Brennan won his first Under-21 cap in August 2013 against Denmark, in a friendly at his old home ground in Dungannon which resulted in a 1-4 defeat. However, when he was substituted at half-time the scoreline was 1-1.
In order to gain more experience Brennan was loaned to Scottish League one side Stranraer at the start of the 2015/16 season, but he was recalled early as Kilmarnock suffered a goalkeeping injury crisis. At the end of the 2015/16 season Brennan was released by Killie.

Ross Glendinning
Born: Ross Glendinning
Son of Mark, Ross Glendinning won Schoolboy caps while at Glengormley High School. He came through the ranks at Linfield, adding Under-17 caps to his collection. Having spent the first half of the 2011/12 season on loan at Ballyclare Comrades, Glendinning made his Linfield début towards the end of the season with a couple of substitute appearances against Cliftonville and Coleraine as the Blues regular 'keepers, Alan Blayney and Stuart Addis struggled with injury.
With Blayney again injured, Glendinning's first senior club starts came early in the following campaign as B36 Torshavn were defeated on penalties in the UEFA Champions League preliminary round, however he returned to the bench when Blayney regained his fitness. Glendinning's club performances earned him elevation to the Northern Ireland Under-21 panel that travelled to Hungary for a friendly in August 2012 and he made his début from the bench.
Over the following few seasons Glendinning found himself battling for a starting place at Linfield against Jonny Tuffey, finally permanently displacing the Northern Ireland international during the 2014/15 season. For the 2015/16 season Glendinning was undisputed first choice for the Blues, but they club were suffering an uncharacteristic barren spell. He was injured in the weeks prior to the 2016 Irish Cup final and took a place on the bench for a 2-0 defeat by Glenavon as relative-rookie Gareth Deane was favoured.
In the summer of 2016 David Healy signed Roy Carroll and Glendinning was sent on loan to Ballymena where he would once again vie with Alan Blayney for a starting place. Having seen off Blayney, Glendinning's move to Ballymena became permanent for the following season.

Biography:
"No safer pair of hands ever held a ball, and it will be an awkward shot indeed if Lillie does not take it as a matter of course and deal with it after the manner of a master."
Acclaimed for his coolness and anticipation, Lillie broke into the Cliftonville firstteam towards the end of the 1934/35 season and, although still comparatively young, established himself for the following campaign. He was rewarded with two Amateur caps as the season drew to a close.
Early in 1936/37 Lillie arrived at Glentoran who were suffering something of a goalkeeping crisis. Indeed, he was just one of four players who were tried between the sticks by the Glens as they slumped to a disappointing mid-table league position.

Biography:
As a youth Fred McCurry won two Schoolboy caps against Scotland and Wales while attending Agnes Street School. He also represented the Oldpark based 47th Company of the Boys' Brigade where he gained many admirers. In 1930 he joined Cliftonville, rising through the Strollers and Olympic sides before temporarily gaining his chance in the first eleven in 1934 due to the unavailability of Alfie Gardiner, and established himself in the firstteam the following season.
Initially criticised for his nervousness, McCurry quickly earned his spurs in Irish League football, "his handling is much more confident ... his anticipation is good, full of grit ... there is no situation he will not tackle." He earned a "fully merited" Amateur cap during his first season as a regular in senior football as Ireland proved they could "do a bit more than hold their own" in defeating Scotland at Ibrox Park.
McCurry lost his place in both the Cliftonville and Amateur Ireland teams to John Lillie during the 1935/36 season but, when Lillie left for Glentoran, McCurry quickly re-claimed both spots and held on to them through to the outbreak of the Second World War. In 1938 he played twice for the Irish League in a 3-1 win over the Eire League at Dalymount Park and an 8-2 defeat by the Football League at Windsor Park.
Throughout his time with Cliftonville, McCurry served in the RUC. He played in a number representative matches for them against club sides, other police forces and military representative teams. He became secretary of the RUC Athletic Association and was a key figure in their joining the Amateur League in 1956 and in the establishment of Newforge as a base for the team.
With his own playing days behind him, McCurry kept a close eye on the Irish League. However, in 1956 he lamented that the game had "gone back a lot this past few years. Players get more coaching than ever they did, and yet the football isn't any better. I think the trouble is that the natural ball player isn't allowed to play his own game." Perhaps proving that it was always better in the good old days!

Biography:
A former England Under-21 goalkeeper, Lee Camp declared his interest in playing for Northern Ireland in September 2010 having become frustrated at his failure to break into the England senior squad. Eligible for Northern Ireland through his Belfast-born grandfather, the required FIFA clearance for changing countries was received the following February and he was called into the Northern Ireland squad for the first time for a Euro 2012 double-header against Serbia and Slovenia the following month. After much discussion as to whether he would go straight into the starting eleven, Nigel Worthington's decision was made easier as Maik Taylor withdrew from the squad due to an injury and Camp started in Belgrade.
Northern Ireland's regular number one through the last year of Nigel Worthington's management, Camp's position came under pressure when Roy Carroll returned to the squad. In September 2012, after finding himself relegated to the bench, he withdrew from the international squad for "personal reasons" and he has not returned since. His club career likewise suffered and in January 2013 he was released by new Forest manager Alex McLeish, moving on to Norwich City on a short-term deal.
Camp provided goalkeeping cover for the Canaries for the remainder of the 2012/13 season, making his Premier League debut as a substitute in a 1-1 draw at Sunderland following the sending-off of Mark Bunn. When Bunn returned from suspension and regular number one John Ruddy returned to fitness Camp found himself as third choice and his contract was not renewed at the end of the campaign.
Early in the following season he was given the opportunity to remain in the Premier League, again on a short-term contract, with West Brom who were suffering a goalkeeper shortage. He never made it beyond the bench at the Hawthorns and when the club's more established custodians returned to fitness Camp was allowed to go on loan to Bournemouth. After good form with the Cherries his deal was made permanent in the January 2014 transfer window. He played 13 time as Bournemouth claimed promotion to the Premier League for the first time, but having been displaced by Artur Boruc he was released early in that historic campaign and subsequently joined Rotherham.
