Biography:
Rory Donnelly's stunning early season form in 2011/12 saw him earn a move from Irish League Cliftonville to Premier League Swansea, with Liverpool, Arsenal and Everton also reportedly interested.

Included in both Northern Ireland Under-21 and senior squads, he was capped for the first time in an Under-21 friendly against Denmark in August 2013.

Donnelly's debut in full-time football came as a substitute against Crawley in the League Cup in September 2012. It was nearly a year until his second Swans appearance as he started a Europa League match at Petrolul Ploiesti. In January 2014 he was sent to Coventry on loan but stayed just a few days before returning to the Liberty Stadium having not played a game. Having also been plagued by injuries, he was again sent out on loan mid-way through the 2014/15 season, joining Tranmere. He scored his first senior goals since leaving Cliftonville against Accrington Stanley in his first start. Three goals in as many starts brought him the January League Two Player of the Month award.

Donnelly was released by Swansea at the conclusion of his loan spell at Tranmere. He then signed for Gillingham on a two-year contract.

Biography:
Neil Masters was an incredibly gifted player, who had it not been for a succession of injuries would surely have won senior international recognition. As it was he had to make do with a Youth cap and brief inclusion in the Northern Ireland squad under Bryan Hamilton in August 1995.

A left-back, possessing a fierce shot and superb crossing ability, Masters was one of a number of talented youngsters who emerged at Bournemouth under Harry Redknapp. Described as "true class" and "the best left-back the club ever had", his name was linked with moves to Blackburn, Spurs and Arsenal, but it was Wolves that claimed his signature in December 1993, in a deal that could have netted the Cherries over £600,000 had things gone differently. As it was he was quickly beset by leg and back injuries, limiting him to just nine games in his first season and a half at Molineux. When ex-England boss Graham Taylor arrived at the club in 1994 he quickly grew tired of the perennially injured youngster, accused him of malingering and placed him on the transfer-list at the end of the 1994/95 season.

Masters' reaction, to what many regarded as a crass and insensitive action by Taylor, was to work hard at regaining full fitness through the summer of 1995. So impressed was Taylor by Masters' pre-season displays that he started Wolves' opening three matches of the 1995/96 season. It was at this point that Bryan Hamilton saw fit to award Masters his first call-up to the senior squad for the European Championship Qualifier against Portugal. In a much changed panel from the previous 2-1 defeat by Latvia, it was previous squad regular Steve Morrow who made way. Masters however picked-up an injury against Sunderland on 26 August 1995 (which turned out to be his final appearance in Wolves colours) that cost him the opportunity of international recognition. Hamilton was forced to recall Morrow, who started in a 1-1 draw in Lisbon.

In March 1997, as Masters began to return to fitness, he made a cut-price move to Gillingham. He had to wait until 9 August to make his Gills debut, in a 0-0 draw with Preston, but was soon struck down by injuries once again. The eleven appearances he made for the club, at left-back or left-wing-back, gave Gillingham's fans scant opportunity to see Masters at his best, and in March 1999, having not played in ten months, his contract was cancelled.

Still Masters battled on. He sought medical treatment from specialists and spiritual healers from all over the world and actually returned to Gillingham on trial in October 2000. There was also talk of him moving to Glenavon, but eventually he moved to Norway with Moss FK where he played two seasons.

Biography:
Terry Cochrane started out as a youngster with Derry City and had been rejected after a months trial with Everton, then managed by Billy Bingham, for "not having the right build" to play in midfield. Cochrane returned to the Irish League to play for Linfield, and then Coleraine, thinking his dream of English football was over. At Coleraine, under the tutelage of former Northern Ireland boss Bertie Peacock, Cochrane developed into a fine "old-fashioned" winger and was capped for the first time in October 1975 against Norway.

In October 1976 Cochrane moved to Burnley, then playing in Division Two. With Burnley he became a much sought after player, his scintillating displays aiding Burnley in their survival from relegation, and Middlesbrough paid a club record fee of £233,333 for him in October 1978. This was also a record fee for a Northern Ireland player and he became an instant fans' favourite, setting up both goals on his debut in a 2-0 home win over Norwich City.

Quick and skillful, Cochrane enjoyed tormenting opponents, but his temperament was often called into question. He was scapegoated by successive Middlesbrough managers and twice submitted transfer requests after being dropped. When Malcolm Allison banished him to train with the youth-team it was clear the end of his Boro career was near. After five years at Ayresome Park and a brief spell playing in Hong Kong, Cochrane moved to Gillingham in October 1983.

Cochrane was never really an established member of the Northern Ireland team, indeed half of his 26 caps came as a substitute. He will however be remembered for his goal against England during the 1980 British Championships. The goal came nine minutes after he had come on as a sub, and just sixty seconds after the English had scored, to earn Northern Ireland a crucial 1-1 draw as they went on to win the Championships for the first time in 66 years.

A hamstring injury picked up in a warm-up match against France ruled Cochrane out of the 1982 World Cup squad after playing in all but two of the qualifiers. His most telling contribution in that campaign was against Portugal at Windsor Park, chasing down a ball that seemed certain to go out for a goal kick, stopping it on the by-line before crossing for Gerry Armstrong to score the only goal of the game.

Cochrane was capped just twice more after that World Cup series, acting as Martin O’Neill’s deputy in a British Championship game against Scotland in December 1983, as Northern Ireland won the trophy; and as substitute for Armstrong in a European Championship qualifier against Finland in May 1984. After failing to make the 1986 World Cup squad he spent that summer with Dallas, before short spells with Millwall (November 1986) and Hartlepool (January 1987). Later Cochrane moved into non-league football with Billingham Synthonia, coached the Saudi Arabian Military team, and had a spell a player-manager of the ill-fated South Bank.

Terry Cochrane settled in the Middlesbrough area, where became an active youth coach and radio pundit. In January 2008 he returned to Northern Ireland to take up an appointment as manager of Glenavon (story) though he left shortly after the end of that season (story). In August 2009 he began coaching Hartlepool Ladies.
