Biography:
William McFrederick comes from a footballing family - his father, Sammy, was a goalkeeper with Derry City and Ballymoney. William joined Fulham in 2001 as a sixteen-year-old where he was to become an understudy to Edwin van der Sar and Maik Taylor. In January 2004 he was sent on loan to Crawley Town of the Southern League to gain some firstteam experience, but shortly after his return to Craven Cottage he was released. He wasn't without a club for long as Ballymena United stepped in to sign him on a short-term deal as cover for their Intertoto Cup campaign.

In the summer of 2004 McFrederick was selected for the Northern Ireland Milk Cup Elite squad and starred in a memorable win over Brazil. He had previously played for County Fermanagh in the younger age groups and at the 2004 tournament his younger brother Matthew did likewise. In April 2005 McFrederick was part of the Northern Ireland Junior international squad that took part in the annual Quadrangular tournament against Scotland, the Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland.

McFrederick remained with Ballymena for three seasons, claiming a regular place in 2005/06 and appearing in a 2-1 Co. Antrim Shield final defeat by Linfield. His form saw him called into the Northern Ireland Under-21 squad, but he never made it further than the substitutes bench as fellow Fermanagh-man, Michael McGovern was Roy Millar's preferred number one.

Having lost his place at Ballymena at the start of the 2006/07 season McFrederick spent some time on loan at his first club, Ballinamallard United. In December 2006 he was allowed to join Glenavon, where he was limited to only rare firstteam appearances. He joined Glentoran on loan in the summer of 2007 as goalkeeping cover for their UEFA Cup matches against AIK Solna, though returned to the Glenavon bench for the bulk of the 2007/08 season.

Having been released by Glenavon in the summer of 2008, McFrederick joined Armagh City. A change of jobs in 2010 appears to have curtailed his playing career.

Biography:
Andrew Little is a versatile youngster called up for the first time for the World Cup Qualifiers against Poland and Slovenia in March/April 2009 as a replacement for injured Rangers teammate, Kyle Lafferty. Comfortable as a striker, attacking midfielder or anywhere in defence, Little previously played in Northern Ireland's successful Milk Cup team, scoring in the 2008 Elite Final win over Chile.

Little made his international debut as a last-minute sub for David Healy against Poland in March 2009, holding up the ball well as Northern Ireland held out for a 3-2 victory. His club debut came a month later, as a substitute forward in Rangers' 3-0 Scottish Cup semi-final win over St Mirren on 25 April. His first start was at right-back in an Old Firm derby in October but picked-up a hamstring injury after just 14 minutes. Little's first firstteam goal was a dramatic injury time equaliser against Hearts in January 2010.

Little continued to prove his versatility, starting on the right wing and at right back against Italy and Albania on the occasions of his second and third caps. He retained the number two shirt for the summer 2009 friendlies against Turkey and Chile.

In August 2011, having been ruled out for much of the 2010/11 season by a hip injury, Little joined Port Vale on loan through to the following January as he sought fitness and match experience. The loan deal was cut short in October after he suffered a knee ligament injury.

Little enjoyed an extended run in the Rangers team toward the end of the 2011/12 season, and found a rich vein of goalscoring form for a comparatively struggling side. With Rangers' parlous financial state and eventual demotion to Division Three in the summer of 2012, Little agreed to remain at Ibrox. He finished 2012/13 as the Scottish Third Division's top scorer.

A second successive promotion was claimed in 2013/14, with Little enjoying a five game goalscoring run early on in the season. His season was then interrupted by a broken cheekbone collected against Dunfermline in November and on his return he struggled for form and a starting place. With Rangers' financial status still uncertain come the summer of 2014 Little was not offered a new deal and he signed for Preston North End.

Little has continued to struggle with injuries after joining Preston, making just eight starts in a season-and-a-half before playing on loan with Blackpool and Accrington Stanley. At the end of the 2015/16 season he was released was without a club until signed by Stirling in February 2017. Things continued to go against him however and after just five appearances he suffered a fractured skull in a training ground accident. He was however offered a new deal for the 2017/18 season.

In parallel with his playing career, since May 2017 Little has coached part-time at Rangers' Academy.

Biography:
In January 2005 Ivan Sproule was recognised as perhaps the fastest player in the Irish League, but many questioned his consistency and application. Hibs manager Tony Mowbray clearly saw something in the flying winger, and invited him to Easter Road for a trial. After the trial Mowbray offered Sproule a full-time professional contract, but still it was a gamble for him to take it as moving to Scotland entailed giving up his job as an engineer. That gamble paid off handsomely.

Sproule became the scourge of the Old Firm, a hattrick against boyhood idols Rangers particularly notable. Although often used as an impact substitute, Sproule was given a starting place in the 2007 CIS Cup Final against Kilmarnock, Hibs cruising to an impressive 5-1 win.

Previously a Windsor Park regular for international matches, Sproule made his Northern Ireland debut as an 88th minute substitute in the famous 1-0 win over England in September 2005. Thereafter he was a peripheral squad member. He did however mark his first start in a Northern Ireland shirt with a goal against Estonia after just two minutes.
..
On 27 June 2007 Ivan Sproule committed to a three year contract with Championship side, Bristol City. He was part of the City squad that lost out in the 2008 Championship play-off final. His Northern Ireland career stalled after an apparent falling out with Nigel Worthington following a 1-0 Euro 2008 qualifier defeat by Spain in November 2007.

After several loan spells during the 2010/11 season, Sproule signed a pre-contract agreement to return to Hibs. He was little more than a squad player during his second spell at Easter Road and left for Ross County in January 2013. He marked his County debut with two goals in a 4-1 win at St Mirren. In November 2013 his contract was cancelled for personal reasons as he sought to return to Northern Ireland; his final act in a Staggies' shirt had been a horror tackle against St Mirren that saw him sent-off.

Sought after by a number of clubs, both north and south of the border, Sproule signed for Linfield on a year-and-a-half contract in December. He had to wait for his debut until the transfer window opened in January. He spent two largely barren years with the Blues, with only a Country Antrim Shield winner's medal for his efforts. In January 2016 he moved closer to his Castlederg home to join Ballinamallard on loan. In April 2016 Sproule announced his retirement, but he performed a u-turn in July in order to return to hometown club, Dergview.

Sproule entered management in May 2017 when he took the job at Ardstraw.
